Our People
Seun Ladele (managing director): Seun Ladele has a B.Arc from Ladoke University of Technology, he holds an MBA from one of the world’s most prestigious business schools. He worked for 15 years in the bank rising to the position of a manager before venturing into business, he has been an astute business leader, he is the head of our leadership team and he has been recording double-digit growth in both topline and bottom line. He is the brain behind our fast growth and expansion in the core north and he continues to demonstrate the passion to win, every single day.
Ayokunmi Adeoti (Company Secretary): Ayokunle has a business management background both in BSc and MBA. She has been part of our strategic team that has developed a 5-year growth strategy which has been confirmed to be a winning model, Ayokunmi joined us after working in Government agencies and parastatals for a period of 10 years.
Oluwadare James (Company Lawyer and External relations): James can be described as a legal luminary, he has a master’s degree in law and also has a 12-year experience in Company law. James is not only our legal counsel, he is also our external relation face, leading all our advocacy efforts with Government and all other private companies.
Adebiyi Clara (Head of Sales Operations): Clara is responsible for the end to end coordination of our Sales and operations, she is the central pillar responsible for the agility and productivity of our operations, Clara has degrees (BSC and MBA) in Sales and Supply chain management, she joins with many years of vast experience in FMCG industry in Nigeria.
